Troubleshoot Visual Issues with the Resource Pack

Ensuring Proper Activation

If you're not seeing the glowing terminals or custom 3D models, verify the resource pack is active. Open your Resource Packs menu and confirm XingLuo AE2 GUIExpansion Model appears in the right column (active packs). If it's in the left column, drag it to the right to enable it.

Checking Compatibility Requirements

This mod requires a Minecraft version that supports animated textures. If your version is too old, the glowing animations and fluid power effects won't display correctly. Update your Minecraft installation if you're running an outdated build.

Verifying Block Placement

Place a fresh laser connector, ME terminal, or storage block to see if the new textures appear. Sometimes existing blocks in your world may not update visually until you replace them. Break and replace key components to force a visual refresh.

If text appears blurry or hard to read on terminals, check your GUI scale settings in Options. The mod maintains text contrast, but extreme GUI scaling can affect readability. Adjust to a comfortable level that keeps both the new visuals and text legible.
