Set Up a Custom PIDS Display in Your Transit Station
Prerequisites
Ensure you have Minecraft Transit Railway 4 and Joban Client Mod installed alongside the World PIDS Pack. Both mods must be active for display boards to render correctly.
Installation Steps
1. Place the display block in your station using the MTR 4 block palette. Position it where passengers would naturally look for schedule information.
2. Open the block's configuration menu by right-clicking on it. You'll see options to select which PIDS style to apply.
3. Choose your regional display type from the available options—select from European networks (DB, ÖBB, SBB), UK systems (London Bus, Euston), or international displays (WMATA, BART, Sydney).
4. Link the display to your transit route through MTR 4's route editor. The display will automatically pull arrival and departure data from your configured stations and schedules.
5. Test the display by triggering a train arrival. The JavaScript renderer should populate the board with real-time information including platform numbers, destinations, and estimated times.
Troubleshooting
If text doesn't appear, verify Joban Client Mod is loaded and that your route data is complete in MTR 4.
