Adjust Outline Thickness and Intensity
Locate Outline Control Options
In your shader options menu, find settings related to outline width, thickness, or intensity. These are usually grouped together under a section like "Outline Settings" or "Edge Detection."
Modify Line Width
Increase the outline thickness value to make borders more prominent and visible from a distance. Decrease it for a subtle, refined look that doesn't dominate your visuals. The effect is most noticeable on small blocks and detailed terrain.
Adjust Intensity or Opacity
Some shaders offer a separate intensity slider that controls how dark or bright the outlines appear. Higher values create bolder, more cartoon-like edges; lower values blend them more naturally with your blocks.
Preview in Different Environments
Test your settings in bright daylight, caves, and near water. Outlines may appear differently depending on surrounding lighting. Vanilla lighting remains unchanged, so your adjustments only affect the line appearance itself.
Experiment and Lock In
There's no "correct" setting—choose what feels right for your aesthetic. Once satisfied, your preference persists until you change it again.
