How to Craft Wooled Iron, Golden, and Diamond Boots

Same Pattern, Different Base

Wooled Iron Boots, Wooled Golden Boots, and Wooled Diamond Boots all follow the same shaped crafting recipe as the leather version. For each one you need the matching plain boots plus one block of Wool.

• Wooled Iron Boots: Iron Boots + Wool
• Wooled Golden Boots: Golden Boots + Wool
• Wooled Diamond Boots: Diamond Boots + Wool

Steps

1. Obtain the plain boots for the tier you want. Craft or find them as usual.

2. Get at least one block of Wool.

3. At a crafting table, arrange the boots and wool in the shaped pattern the recipe expects.

4. Pull the Wooled result from the output slot and equip it.

Choosing a Tier

Each tier keeps the protection of its base boots while adding the wooled property. Diamond is the strongest of these three, gold is the weakest but cheapest if you already have gold spare, and iron sits in the middle. Craft the tier that matches the armour you are already wearing so your set stays consistent.

Notes

• You cannot skip tiers by combining wool with, say, netherite directly — netherite uses a different recipe type.
• Keep one spare block of wool per pair you intend to make.
