How to Set Up a Small Reptile Terrarium

Choosing the Terrarium

Reptiles and amphibians need the Small Reptile Terrarium or Reptile Small Terrarium Open. These blocks house small reptiles such as:

• Agama Spider-man Lizard Egg
• Blue Iguana Egg Spawn Egg and Blue Iguana Spawn Egg
• American Green Tree Frog Spawn Egg
• Blue Dart Frog Spawn Egg
• Alligator Egg Entity Spawn Egg

Place the terrarium in your base where you want the display.

Adding Reptiles

Right-click the terrarium with the matching egg or spawn egg to place the reptile inside. The open variant, Reptile Small Terrarium Open, allows access for adding or removing animals. Use the closed Small Reptile Terrarium for permanent display.

Other Containment Options

Different animal groups use different containers:

• Rodent Cage and Rodent Cage Block Open for small mammals
• Bird Cage for small birds
• Insect Jar and Insect Jar Opened for insects and beetles
• Cage Block (Trap) and Cage Block (Opened) for trapping

Match the container to the animal type. A reptile placed in a Rodent Cage will not display correctly, so always use the terrarium for lizards and frogs.

Display Bases

Use Display Base, Display Small, Display Small Top, and Display Small Top (Open) to build stands for your terrariums and cages. Combine them with Display Glass variants to create enclosed display cases for your collection.
