Crafting All Five Wisp Lantern Colors

The Five Lantern Blocks

The Whisperwoods Mod includes five colored lantern blocks: the Electric Blue Wisp Lantern, the Fiery Orange Wisp Lantern, the Golden Wisp Lantern, the Magic Purple Wisp Lantern, and the Toxic Green Wisp Lantern. Each is a placeable block and each is made with its own shaped crafting recipe.

Craft Each Color

Open a crafting table and use the shaped recipe for the color you want. The recipes are all of the crafting_shaped type, so they follow the standard grid-pattern format. Craft one lantern at a time, or queue up several if you are decorating a large area. If you are unsure of a specific grid layout, check the recipe for that lantern color in your recipe book or recipe viewer.

Place and Rearrange

Hold a crafted lantern and right-click a solid surface to place it. Lanterns can be broken and picked back up, so you can experiment with placement. Try lining a path with alternating colors, or group all five colors in one spot as a display.

Combine With the Hand of Fate

The Hand of Fate is the sixth block in the mod and is also crafted with a shaped recipe. Place it among your lanterns to anchor a build. Since every lantern and the Hand of Fate share the same crafting_shaped recipe type, you can produce the entire set from one crafting table using the same basic crafting process.
