Gear and Supplies Checklist

When Dungeons Arise structures contain hostile mobs, mob spawners, and environmental hazards. Bring full armor, a sword or axe, a bow with arrows, and a pickaxe for breaking through walls and collecting resources. Pack healing items—food or potions—since structures can be lengthy to clear.

Room-by-Room Exploration

Enter cautiously and light up areas with torches to prevent mob spawning. Spawners are common; disable them by placing torches or slabs around them. Check for hidden rooms behind walls and under floors—loot is often tucked away in less obvious locations.

Managing Mob Encounters

Mobs in these structures can be numerous and varied. Use narrow corridors to your advantage, fighting one or two enemies at a time rather than engaging groups. Retreat to previously cleared areas if overwhelmed. Some structures have multiple levels; clear from top to bottom to avoid mobs dropping behind you.

Bring blocks to create escape routes or defensive positions if needed.
