Building With Ancient Bricks, Pillars and Fountains

Core ancient block set

The ancient palette centers on Ancient Bricks, with Ancient Bricks Slab, Ancient Bricks Stairs and Ancient Bricks Wall for shaping. Variants include Carved Ancient Bricks, Chiselled Ancient Bricks, Cracked Ancient Bricks and Broken Dungeon Bricks for worn sections. Use Ancient Pillar as a vertical column and Cracked Ancient Pillar for damaged columns.

Craft the base Ancient Bricks first, then cut them into slabs, stairs and walls through standard stonecutting-style or crafting recipes. Mix cracked and carved variants into the same wall so the structure reads as old rather than freshly built.

Fountains and water features

Place Ancient Fountain as the centerpiece of a courtyard or hall. Ancient Poison Fountain is the hazardous version — put it behind a barrier or in a trap room, not in your main path. Both are single blocks that emit their effect, so you only need one per feature.

Surround a fountain with Ancient Pillar blocks at the corners and ring the base with Ancient Bricks Slab. Add Cracked Ancient Bricks patches on the floor to suggest age.

Combine the ancient brick shell with tomb sandstone trim and one fountain to make a complete ruin room.
