Silver Gear and Wolfsbane Defense

Mining Silver

Silver Ore generates underground, with Deepslate Silver Ore appearing at lower depths. Mine it with an iron pickaxe or better. Smelt Raw Silver into Silver Ingot, or store Raw Silver as a Block of Raw Silver. Nine Silver Ingots make a Silver Block.

Crafting Silver Tools and Armor

Silver Ingot crafts into a full set: Silver Sword, Silver Pickaxe, Silver Axe, Silver Shovel, Silver Hoe, Silver Helmet, Silver Chestplate, Silver Leggings, and Silver Boots. Silver weapons are effective against werewolves and other lycanthropes. Silver Nuggets come from crafting or processing and are used in smaller recipes.

Silver Bolts

Craft Silver Bolts for ranged combat against werewolves. They pair with a crossbow and let you fight from a distance, which is safer than melee against a charging beast.

Wolfsbane Defense

Plant Wolfsbane around your base. Build a Wolfsbane Diffuser using a Wolfsbane Diffuser Core. The Normal, Long, and Improved cores give different durations and strengths. Place the diffuser near your bed or entrance to suppress transformations in that area.

Pelt Armor

Werewolf Pelts drop from defeated werewolves. Pelt, White Pelt, and Dark Pelt each craft into a full armor set: Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots. Pelt armor is a lighter alternative to Silver and is themed for werewolf hunters.
