Building with Jacaranda and Magic Wood

Jacaranda Wood Set

Jacaranda Wood is your starting point. Craft it into Jacaranda Planks, then build out the full block family: Jacaranda Stairs, Jacaranda Slab, Jacaranda Fence, Jacaranda Fence Gate, Jacaranda Door, Jacaranda Trapdoor, Jacaranda Button, Jacaranda Pressure Plate, and Jacaranda Sign. Stripped Jacaranda Wood gives a cleaner log texture for accent walls.

For travel, craft a Jacaranda Boat or a Jacaranda Boat with Chest if you need cargo space on water.

Magic Wood Set

Magic Wood mirrors the Jacaranda family. Craft Magic Planks, then Magic Stairs, Magic Slab, Magic Fence, Magic Fence Gate, Magic Door, Magic trapdoor, Magic Button, Magic Pressure Plate, and Magic Sign. Strippe Magic Wood (stripped magic wood) provides the smooth variant for trim and flooring.

Magic wood also builds into a Magic Boat and Magic Boat with Chest for water transport.

Mixing the Sets

Both wood families share the same recipe shapes, so once you know one you know the other. Use Jacaranda for structural builds and Magic Wood for decorative accents, or swap them for contrast. Keep a stack of each plank type in your build chest so you can switch styles without re-crafting.
