Setting Up and Verifying the Japanese Translation Pack
Confirming Installation Success
After installing the resource pack, launch Minecraft and create a test world. Open your inventory and examine any weapon or item from the mod. If you see Japanese text in tooltips instead of English, the translation pack is working correctly. Check multiple items to ensure consistent translation across all weapons and skill descriptions.
Troubleshooting Missing Translations
If some text remains in English while other text is translated, verify that the resource pack is enabled in your resource pack list and positioned above any conflicting packs. Restart your game completely after adjusting pack order.
If no Japanese text appears anywhere, confirm you have the correct mod versions installed. The translation pack requires specific versions of both the main mod and Epic Fight to function—mismatched versions will cause text to fail loading.
Checking Skill Books and Enemy Names
Open a skill book from your inventory and read the description. Examine an enemy in the world and look at its nameplate. Both should display Japanese text. If either shows English instead, reinstall the resource pack and verify all mod dependencies are correct before playing further.
