Light Fires with Flint and Vulcanite

Flint and Vulcanite is a fire-starting tool crafted from flint and Vulcanite material. Use it the same way you would use flint and steel: aim at a block face and use the item to place fire. This is handy in the Nether for lighting portals, igniting mobs, or clearing terrain.

Keep Flint and Vulcanite in your hotbar when exploring the Nether. It works on flammable blocks and on obsidian to activate a Nether portal frame.

Manage Vulcanite Nuggets

Vulcanite Nuggets are the smallest unit of the material. You get them by crafting a Vulcanite Ingot into nine nuggets. Use nuggets when a recipe calls for a small amount of Vulcanite, or store them compactly before combining them back into ingots.

To go the other way, craft nine Vulcanite Nuggets together to form one Vulcanite Ingot. This lets you convert spare nuggets into usable ingots for tools and armor.

For bulk storage, craft nine Vulcanite Ingots into a Vulcanite Block. Break the block back into ingots whenever you need them. This keeps your chests tidy and your ingot supply safe from clutter.
