Disable or Reduce the Shader for Specific Activities

Toggle Shader On and Off

You can disable Vivid Radiant Clarity temporarily without uninstalling it. Access your shader menu and select "Off" or "None" to return to vanilla lighting. This is useful if you want to experience normal shadows for building, photography, or atmospheric gameplay.

Use Selective Shader Profiles

Some shader configurations allow you to create multiple profiles. Set up a "fullbright mining" profile for cave exploration and a "normal lighting" profile for building and exploration. Switch between them as needed.

Adjust for Specific Tasks

For redstone contraption building, you might want normal shadows to see how light interacts with your design. For PvP or speedrunning, fullbright visibility is advantageous. Toggle based on your current goal.

Re-enable When Needed

Simply reactivate the shader from your video settings menu. Your previous brightness and contrast adjustments will be remembered, so you won't need to reconfigure.
