Adjust Brightness and Contrast for Your Preferred Visibility

Access Shader Settings

Open the shader options menu while in-game. This is typically found in your video settings under the shader configuration panel. Look for brightness, contrast, and gamma adjustment sliders.

Fine-Tune Your Visibility

Since Vivid Radiant Clarity removes all shadows by default, you may want to dial back the intensity if the world feels washed out. Reduce the brightness slider slightly to restore some visual depth while maintaining cave visibility. Increase contrast if you want block details to stand out more clearly.

Test in Different Environments

Visit a deep cave, the Nether, and the End to see how your adjustments look across different biomes. Night-time terrain should remain clearly visible without feeling overexposed. Adjust gamma if you find the overall image too bright or too dim for your monitor.

Save Your Preferences

Once satisfied, your settings will persist across sessions. If you want to experiment further, take note of your current values so you can revert if needed.
