Customize Cloud Movement and Density
Locate Cloud Settings
Open the shader options menu and find the sky or atmosphere section. Cloud customization options are typically grouped with other sky-related features.
Control Cloud Behavior
You can adjust:
- Cloud speed: Controls how quickly clouds drift across the sky
- Cloud density: Determines how many clouds appear and how opaque they are
- Cloud height: Some settings let you adjust where clouds appear in the sky
- Cloud coverage: Percentage of the sky covered by clouds
Slower cloud speeds create a more serene, cinematic atmosphere, while faster speeds add dynamic movement. Higher density creates a fuller sky but may reduce visibility of distant terrain.
Create Your Ideal Sky
Experiment with combinations: sparse clouds with slow movement feel peaceful, while dense clouds with moderate speed feel more dramatic. Changes apply immediately, so you can watch the sky update in real-time as you adjust sliders.
