Enable the Giant Spyglass Model in Your World

Prerequisites

Make sure OptiFine is installed and active in your Minecraft launcher. The Very Big Spy Glass Resource Pack requires OptiFine's custom item model rendering to display the oversized telescope correctly.

Installation Steps

1. Load the resource pack into your .minecraft/resourcepacks folder

2. Open your world or create a new one

3. Access Settings → Resource Packs

4. Find and select the Very Big Spy Glass pack from the available list

5. Move it to the right panel (Active Resource Packs)

6. Apply and close the settings menu

The giant spyglass model will now replace your standard spyglass whenever you hold one in your inventory or equip it.

Verification

Craft or obtain a spyglass from your creative inventory. Hold it in your main hand and switch to third-person view (press F5 by default). You should see the comically oversized telescope model in your character's hands instead of the vanilla spyglass. If the model doesn't appear, verify OptiFine is running and the resource pack is active.
