Fell a Tree Instantly with an Axe

Break All Logs at Once

The tree capitator feature lets you chop down entire trees in a single swing, collecting all logs and leaves instantly.

Steps:

1. Equip any axe (wood, stone, iron, diamond, or netherite)

2. Locate a tree with connected logs

3. Stand at ground level and left-click the bottom log of the tree trunk

4. All connected logs of the same type will break instantly

5. Leaves will also break and drop saplings and sticks

6. Collect the resources

How It Works

The axe searches for all logs connected to the one you clicked, similar to ore vein mining. It respects the tree's natural structure and only breaks logs of the matching type—so a birch tree won't break oak logs growing nearby.

Leaves attached to the broken logs will also fall and drop their items. Tool durability is consumed for each log broken, respecting the Unbreaking enchantment. If tree capitator is disabled in your server's configuration, this feature won't work.
