Making a Matching Familiar Outfit Set

Craft All Four Pieces

A complete Familiar outfit uses all four items in the mod: Familiar Pants, Familiar Shirt, Familiar Sneakers, and Familiar Wig. Every one of them is made with a shaped crafting recipe, so you will visit a crafting table four times — once per piece.

Gather your materials first so you are not running back and forth. Because the recipes are shaped, the arrangement on the grid matters for each item. Set up the pattern for the Familiar Shirt, craft it, then reset the grid for the Familiar Pants, and so on through the Familiar Sneakers and Familiar Wig.

Assemble and Wear the Set

Once all four items are in your inventory, open your inventory screen and find the vanity slots. Place the Familiar Wig in the head vanity slot, the Familiar Shirt in the chest vanity slot, the Familiar Pants in the leg vanity slot, and the Familiar Sneakers in the feet vanity slot.

Check that your regular armor is still equipped in the armor slots. It should be untouched, since vanity slots do not overlap with armor slots. You now have the full matching look while keeping full protection.

If you later want to change part of the outfit, simply swap that single vanity slot. Each piece is independent, so you can replace the Familiar Sneakers without disturbing the Familiar Shirt, Familiar Pants, or Familiar Wig. To store the set, just move the items back into your inventory or a chest.
