How to Make Bottled Water, Dirty Water, and Fizzy Water

Filling and Cleaning Bottles

Start with Bottle Water by filling an empty bottle at a water source. If you scoop from a swamp or other murky source you get Bottle Dirty Water and Bottle Swamp Water instead. To clean dirty water, run it through a drywater_shapeless recipe — this is the mod's dedicated dirty-water conversion, so combine the dirty bottle with a drying agent to get clean Bottle Water back.

Fizzy and Flavored Waters

Bottle Fizzy Water is made by combining Bottle Water with a Fizzing Agent Pantry Block source item through the mod's potion-soaked or tonic recipes. From there you can branch into flavored bottles: Bottle Rose Water and Bottle Tulip Tonic use flowers, Bottle Birch Sap comes from birch trees, and Bottle Berry Water uses berries. Bottle Syrup Base is the sweet intermediate you build many drinks on top of.

Using the Bottles

Many of these bottles feed into the keep_bottles_shaped and keep_bottles_shapeless recipe families, which return your glass bottle after crafting so you do not lose it. Keep a stack of empty bottles on hand, fill them at a cauldron or water source, and process them through the appropriate recipe type. Bottles are also the base for Bowl Water, Bowl Milk, Bowl Honey, and Bowl Honeymilk when you need a bowl instead of a bottle.
