Make Your Landscape More Vivid or Muted
Access Saturation Settings
Open the Iris shader menu and navigate to Vanilla Camera Focus CT Shaders. Find the saturation or color vibrancy control panel.
Increase Saturation for Vivid Colors
Raise the saturation slider to make grass greener, water bluer, and foliage more vibrant. This is ideal for:
- Showcasing colorful builds and landscaping projects
- Making biomes feel more distinct and visually striking
- Creating screenshots with punchy, eye-catching colors
Decrease Saturation for Muted Tones
Lower saturation to create a more subdued, realistic, or melancholic atmosphere. This works well for:
- Desert and badlands exploration (enhancing earthy tones)
- Creating a film-like or vintage aesthetic
- Reducing visual fatigue during long play sessions
Find Your Balance
Start at the default setting and make gradual adjustments. Test in different biomes and lighting conditions to ensure the saturation feels consistent across your world. Remember that exposure and color temperature also influence how vivid colors appear, so adjust all three together for best results.
