Building a Full Iron Umbrella Color Set

A complete Iron set is sixteen umbrellas, one per color. You need:

• 16 Iron Umbrella Rod
• One dye per color: black, blue, brown, cyan, gray, green, light blue, light gray, lime green, magenta, orange, pink, purple, red, white, yellow

Iron rods are the cheapest rod tier, so this is the least expensive full set to assemble.

Craft in Batches

Craft all sixteen rods first using the shaped rod recipe. Then, one at a time, combine a rod with a dye in the crafting grid to produce the matching umbrella. The sixteen Iron Umbrellas you will end up with are:

Black Iron Umbrella, Blue Iron Umbrella, Brown Iron Umbrella, Cyan Iron Umbrella, Gray Iron Umbrella, Green Iron Umbrella, Light Blue Iron Umbrella, Light Gray Iron Umbrella, Lime Green Iron Umbrella, Magenta Iron Umbrella, Orange Iron Umbrella, Pink Iron Umbrella, Purple Iron Umbrella, Red Iron Umbrella, White Iron Umbrella, Yellow Iron Umbrella.

Store and Expand

Keep the finished set in a labeled chest or a dedicated shulker. Because the color is fixed at craft, having all sixteen on hand means you never need to re-dye. When you are ready to move up, repeat the same process with Gold Umbrella Rod, Diamond Umbrella Rod, or Netherite Umbrella Rod to build the matching set at the higher tier.
