Using Dungeon Doors, Braziers, and Explorer's Tents

Entrances and Light

The Dungeon Door is the heavy entrance piece for a fortified build. Frame it with Bundled Posts on both sides and a Cut Post as a lintel. Place a Brazier on each side of the door for light — the Brazier is the primary light source in this set and suits stone and post construction.

For a dimmer, ruined look, use Doused Torch or Doused Soul Torch instead. These give the impression of an extinguished light and pair well with Cracked Glazed Jar and Bone Pile.

Field Camps

The Explorer's Tent is the portable shelter. Set one down as a forward base, then add Sleeping Bags inside for respawn points. Ring the tent with Posts to define the camp edge — Bundled Birch Posts for a light camp, Bundled Dark Oak Posts for a darker one.

Tying It Together

A single outpost can use all three: a Dungeon Door as the main gate, Braziers flanking it, and an Explorer's Tent pitched inside the walls with Sleeping Bags and a chest. Add Metal Framed Glass Pane in the walls for sightlines, and place Glazed Jars near the entrance as supplies. This gives you a defensible, lit, restable position using only blocks from this set.
