Adjust Collapse Frequency and Mod Settings

Access the Configuration Menu

Open your chat and type /function cave_in:config. This opens an in-game settings menu where you can adjust how often cave-ins occur and customize other mod behaviors.

Customize Your Experience

The config menu lets you change collapse chances to match your playstyle. If you find collapses too frequent and frustrating, reduce the collapse chance. If you want a harder challenge, increase it. You can also adjust settings specific to different depth ranges.

Uninstall or Reset

If you decide the mod isn't for you, the config menu also provides an uninstall option. This removes Unstable Depths from your world without breaking existing structures or save data.

Server-Friendly

These settings work cleanly on multiplayer servers. All players see the same collapse rules, and no client-side mods are required—only the data pack needs to be installed on the server.
