Cooking and Eating: Soups, Meats, and Packaged Food

Food keeps you alive between fights. The mod adds several prepared meals worth stocking.

Soups

Two soups anchor your food supply:

• Bacon soup
• Tomatosoup

Craft these in bulk and store them in a chest near your bed. A bowl of soup restores more than raw ingredients and travels well.

Meats and Packaged Food

Keep a stock of:

• Ham
• Salami
• Spam
• Nuka cola for a quick drink

These are compact and easy to carry on long trips away from base.

Farming and Gathering

Use the Water dispenser to keep crops watered in an indoor farm. Glass bottle with a lot pollen and Glass bottle with little pollen are gathered items you should collect when you find them — they feed into other recipes. Hatred of bees potion is a brewable item worth keeping on a shelf. Set up a Shelf near your kitchen area to organize soups, meats, and bottles so you can grab what you need without digging through chests.
