Making Bloodstone and Calcite Building Sets

Bloodstone

Bloodstone is a decorative stone block with a full set: Bloodstone Slab, Bloodstone Stairs, and Bloodstone Wall. Craft Bloodstone first, then use a stonecutter to produce the slab, stair, and wall forms. Because stonecutting is the dominant recipe type in the mod, a stonecutter is the fastest way to convert one Bloodstone block into the shape you need.

Calcite

Calcite Slab, Calcite Stairs, and Calcite Wall extend vanilla calcite into a complete building set. If you already have calcite from amethyst geodes, cut it into slabs, stairs, and walls at a stonecutter rather than crafting each shape by hand.

Polished and Cracked Variants

The mod also includes Cracked Polished Calcite Bricks, Cracked Polished Schist Bricks, and Cracked Polished Tuff Bricks. These are smelted from their polished brick counterparts, giving you a weathered version of each polished set. Use the polished bricks for clean surfaces and the cracked versions for accents.

Chiseled Silt Bricks

Chiseled Silt Bricks are the patterned silt variant. Combine them with plain Silt Shingles from the same color for a two-texture wall.

Building Approach

Pick one primary stone — Bloodstone or Calcite — and build the bulk of the structure from its full block. Use slabs for floors and ceilings, stairs for transitions, and walls for railings and fences. Add cracked polished bricks as scattered accents. Keep the palette to one primary stone plus one accent so the build stays readable.
