How to Craft and Place Tubes

Crafting the Basic Tube

Start with the plain Tube block. It is the base for every colored tube in the mod. Craft a batch of Tube blocks first, then use them as the ingredient for the colored variants.

To make a colored tube, combine a Tube with the matching dye color in a crafting recipe. The mod registers these colored tubes: Black Tube, Blue Tube, Brown Tube, Cyan Tube, Gray Tube, Green Tube, Light Blue Tube, Light Gray Tube, Lime Tube, Magenta Tube, Orange Tube, Pink Tube, Purple Tube, Red Tube, White Tube, and Yellow Tube. Each one is a separate block, so pick the color you need before crafting.

Placing Tubes

Place tubes like any other block. Adjacent tubes connect to each other automatically, forming a network. Use Tubing Pliers on a tube to change how it connects or to disconnect it from a neighbor. This lets you route items around corners and prevent unwanted merges between lines.

Keep colored tubes grouped by function. For example, use one color for input lines and another for output lines so you can trace routes visually. The Redstone Tube is a separate block from the plain Red Tube — check the name carefully when crafting, since both exist in the registry.
