See 3D Doors While Moving with Animations

The Problem

True Doors makes doors look 3D in your inventory and when standing still, but vanilla Minecraft animations can make the model flicker or disappear when you move, swing your arm, or perform other actions.

Install Not Enough Animations

To keep the 3D door model visible during all character movements:

1. Install the Not Enough Animations mod

2. Load your world with both True Doors and Not Enough Animations enabled

3. Hold a door in your hand and move around

4. The 3D model should remain smooth and visible as you walk, jump, and perform actions

What This Fixes

Not Enough Animations replaces Minecraft's default arm and hand animations with smoother, more realistic ones. This prevents the held door from being hidden or distorted during movement sequences.

Compatibility Note

Not Enough Animations works best when loaded together with True Doors. If you're using third-person view (F5), the effect is most noticeable. In first-person, combine this mod with First-Person Model for the complete experience.
