Understand Dungeon Structure

Trial Catacombs feature randomized room layouts with a structured progression path. You'll encounter battle rooms filled with skeleton squads, supply rooms for gathering resources, and trap chambers that test your reflexes. Rooms connect via locked doors and one-way paths that prevent backtracking.

Use Shortcut Gates

As you clear rooms and defeat enemies, shortcut gates unlock throughout the dungeon. These gates create faster routes back to earlier areas, letting you skip already-cleared sections. Map out which gates open as you progress so you can plan efficient routes to the trial altars or boss arena.

Protect Your Progress

Dungeon blocks are protected from breaking until you defeat the main boss. This prevents accidental destruction of the structure and ensures the dungeon remains intact for future runs. One-way paths force forward momentum—commit to each room before moving deeper, as you cannot easily retreat.
