Choosing a Wishing Well Variant

The Treasure 2 Mod includes several Wishing Well blocks: Cobblestone Wishing Well, Mossy Cobblestone Wishing Well, Mossy Stone Brick Wishing Well, Stone Brick Wishing Well, and Desert Wishing Well. Each is a placeable block that you craft and set down in your base or out in the field. Pick the variant that matches the stone you already have on hand.

Placing and Using the Well

Place the Wishing Well on solid ground where you can reach it easily. Once placed, interact with it to receive loot. The Desert Wishing Well is the variant to use when building in sandy or desert-themed areas, while the Mossy variants suit overgrown or swamp builds. Keep the well accessible — you will return to it repeatedly.

Gathering Materials

Collect cobblestone, mossy cobblestone, stone bricks, mossy stone bricks, or desert-appropriate blocks depending on which well you want. Because the mod uses shaped crafting recipes, arrange your stone in the pattern the recipe requires. If you are unsure of the exact grid, gather a generous stack of the base stone and check the recipe book in your crafting interface. Build one well first, confirm it works, then mass-produce the variant you prefer.
