Fix Rose Gold Tools and Make Them Usable

Getting Rose Gold Tools Working

1. Craft or find Rose Gold tools from the Oxidized mod as you normally would.

2. Upgrade them using Tierify's upgrade materials and workstations. The tools will now be recognized by the mod and gain stats properly.

3. Repair Rose Gold tools using their standard repair materials. The data pack ensures repair recipes are available.

4. Use them in your main loadout. Rose Gold tools now scale with your progression, making them viable alternatives to other tiered tools.
