How to Find and Process Gleaming Ore

Locating the Ore

Gleaming Ore generates in stone, while Deepslate Gleaming Ore generates in the deepslate layer. Mine either block to obtain Gleaming Compound. Both ore blocks are part of the mod's registry, so a pickaxe is all you need to break them.

Turning Compound into Powder

Gleaming Compound is the raw material you process into Gleaming Powder. Once you have Gleaming Powder, you can combine it with other ingredients to produce the mod's advanced items, including Gleaming Compound-based components used in recipes like the Agglomeration line.

What Gleaming Materials Unlock

Gleaming Powder feeds into several recipes. Keep a stock of it if you plan to craft items such as the Item Magnet, Mining Glove, or Recall Potion, since these sit further along the progression tree. The Empty Agglomeration and Agglomeration items also rely on processed gleaming materials.

Practical Tips

• Bring a Fortune-enchanted pickaxe if you want more Compound per ore block.
• Deepslate Gleaming Ore is found lower down; strip mine at deepslate depths to find it faster.
• Store Compound and Powder separately so you do not accidentally spend raw material on the wrong recipe.
• Check the Things Almanac in-game for the exact recipe layout if you forget a step.
