Baking Cakes: Carrot, Chocolate, Spice, and Potion

Gather Cake Ingredients

Four cake types exist: Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake, Spice Cake, and Potion Cake. All are made through crafting, and Potion Cake uses the potion crafting recipe type, meaning a potion is part of its recipe. Stock your pantry with Carrot, Chocolate ingredients, Spice ingredients, and a brewed potion before you start.

Bake the Simple Ones First

Carrot Cake and Chocolate Cake are the entry recipes. Grow Carrots and process your other farm produce into the required components. Once you can craft these reliably, move on to Spice Cake, which needs spice ingredients from your farm.

Handle Potion Cake Carefully

Potion Cake is the advanced one. It uses the potion crafting recipe, so you need a finished potion as an ingredient. Brew the potion first, then combine it with the cake base. Do not start Potion Cake until the potion is ready, or you will waste ingredients.

Store and Serve

Cakes are placeable blocks. Place one down and right-click slices to share. Keep spare ingredients in a Jar so you can bake a replacement quickly when a cake runs out.
