What It Does

Wear the Diamond Helmet with Probe on your head. While worn, information about the block or entity you are looking at appears on screen, just like holding The One Probe. Because it occupies the helmet slot, your hands remain free for tools, weapons, or building blocks. This is the most protective of the three helmet variants.

When to Use It

Choose the Diamond Helmet with Probe if you already use diamond armor and want probe information without giving up defense. If you are early in the game and do not have diamonds, craft the Iron Helmet with Probe or the Golden Helmet with Probe instead. All three helmet variants provide the same probe readout; the difference is the base helmet material and its durability and protection.
