Find and Catch Carbink and Diancie in the Wild

Where to Look

Carbink and Diancie spawn naturally in rocky and mountainous biomes. Check areas with stone, deepslate, and ore blocks—these Pokémon favour terrain similar to their mineral composition. Mountains, caves, and rocky highlands are your best bet. Diancie is significantly rarer than Carbink, so expect to search longer.

Catching Tips

Bring plenty of Poké Balls or better-quality alternatives. Both Carbink and Diancie are rock and fairy types, so consider Pokémon with water, grass, or steel moves for easier captures. Weaken them first with status moves or low-damage attacks rather than knocking them out immediately.

Diancie's rarity means you may need to explore multiple biomes and spend considerable time searching. If you're struggling to find one, try different mountain ranges, caves at various heights, and check during different times of day.
