Charms, Soul Alloy Gear and the Conjuring Enchiridion

Wear the Charms

The mod's charms are passive items you carry for their effects. The set includes Abundance Charm, Haste Charm, Ignorance Charm, and Scope Charm. Craft the ones that match what you are doing and keep them on you.

Charms are not tools — you do not activate them. Equip or carry them and they apply. Swap them out depending on the task: mining, gathering, or exploring each favor a different charm from the set.

Gear Up and Read the Enchiridion

For combat and harvesting, work toward the Soul Alloy tool set: Soul Alloy Sword, Soul Alloy Pickaxe, Soul Alloy Hatchet, Soul Alloy Shovel, and Soul Alloy Scythe. All five are made from Soul Alloy, which you produce through the mod's processing stations. Craft the tool for the job you are doing rather than carrying all five.

The Conjuring Enchiridion is the mod's reference item. Craft it and keep it accessible — it is the in-game source for the mod's recipes and progression, so consult it instead of guessing at a recipe.

Two more items round out a working kit: Pizza as a food item, and Soul Alloy itself as the stock material you will consume constantly. Keep a reserve of Soul Alloy so you are never caught without material when you want to craft or replace a tool.
