How to Obtain and Use the Waypoint Flower

Getting the Waypoint Flower

The Waypoint Flower is the only registry item in this mod, so it is your single target when you want to interact with the mod's content. It is a block, meaning once you have it you place it in the world rather than holding it as a tool.

There is no crafting recipe for the Waypoint Flower listed among the mod's recipe types. The only recipe type present is campfire_cooking, and that recipe type does not produce the Waypoint Flower. Do not waste materials trying to craft it at a crafting table.

Placing It

1. Have the Waypoint Flower in your inventory.

2. Select it in your hotbar.

3. Aim at a solid surface and place it like any normal block.

Once placed, the Waypoint Flower sits in the world as a block. Treat it as a landmark you position yourself. Because it is the mod's only block, it is the anchor point for anything you want to mark or return to.

Practical Use

Place a Waypoint Flower at a location you want to find again — a base entrance, a cave mouth, or the foot of a large tree. Since no other mod blocks or items exist to combine with it, your workflow is simple: obtain the flower, place it, and use its position as your reference point.
