Crafting Tank 1 and Starting Your Storage

Getting Tank 1

Tank 1 is the entry point of the Tank line. It is produced with a crafting_shaped recipe — the same recipe type used for the Dock. Assemble the shaped ingredients in the crafting grid to produce Tank 1.

Installing It in the Dock

With Tank 1 crafted and a Dock placed, insert Tank 1 into the Dock. The Dock now stores items using Tank 1's capacity. Open the Dock to deposit and withdraw what you have collected.

Tank 1 is deliberately the smallest tier. Treat it as a working buffer, not long-term storage: fill it, then move on to upgrading rather than building many Tank 1s.

Once Tank 1 is running, your next goal is Tank 2. Upgrades are handled by the tanknull:upgrade recipe type, so you do not craft each higher Tank from raw materials the way you crafted Tank 1 — you convert your existing Tank upward.
