How to Craft a Table and Chairs

Build the base furniture

Start by placing a Table block. Chairs are separate blocks you place around it: Oak Chair, Spruce Chair, Birch Chair, Jungle Chair, Acacia Chair, Dark Oak Chair, Crimson Chair, and Warped Chair are all available, plus log-backed variants like Oak Log Chair and Stripped Oak Chair. Craft the chair style that matches your wood supply, then place one on each side of the Table.

Use log and stripped variants

If you want a rougher look, use the Log Chair versions (Oak Log Chair, Spruce Log Chair, Birch Log Chair, Jungle Log Chair, Acacia Log Chair, Dark Oak Log Chair, Crimson Stem Chair, Warped Stem Chair). For a cleaner finish, use Stripped variants such as Stripped Oak Chair or Stripped Crimson Chair. The Chair Back Part is the component used when assembling chair recipes, so keep some on hand while crafting a matching set. Mixing plain, log, and stripped chairs around one Table gives a varied dining set without needing extra materials beyond the wood types you already have.
