Set Up SV Kerbal Skies to Replace Your Sky

Prerequisites

Before the Kerbal planets appear in your sky, you need both this resource pack AND the StellarView mod (or StellarView: Redshift) installed. SV Kerbal Skies is a resource pack that only works as a visual layer on top of StellarView's sky system—it cannot function alone.

Installation Steps

1. Install StellarView or StellarView: Redshift to your mods folder

2. Place the SV Kerbal Skies resource pack in your resourcepacks folder

3. Launch Minecraft and open Settings > Resource Packs

4. Find SV Kerbal Skies in the Available list and move it to Active

5. Position it above the Default resource pack in your active list

6. Close settings and load a world

Verification

Look up at the night sky. You should see the Kerbol system instead of Minecraft's default moon and stars. If you see no change, check that StellarView is properly installed and that the resource pack is positioned above Default in your active list.
