Understanding the Tier System

Suren's FTB Quests Resource Pack organizes your quests into five visual tiers, each themed around Minecraft tool materials. Wood tier represents the easiest quests, progressing through Iron, Gold, Diamond, and finally Netherite for the most challenging tasks. Each tier uses distinct colors and icon designs to help you quickly identify quest difficulty at a glance.

Locating Tier-Specific Assets

The resource pack stores tier textures in organized folders within its file structure. To see how each tier looks, open the quest tree interface in-game—quests will display with their assigned tier icon automatically.

Applying Tier Customization

If you want to modify how tiers appear, you can edit the resource pack files directly. Extract the pack, locate the quest icon folders organized by material tier, and replace individual icon textures with your own designs. Ensure your custom icons maintain the same pixel dimensions as the originals to avoid stretching or distortion.

After editing, repackage the folder and reload your resource packs in-game. The quest menu will immediately reflect your changes, showing your custom tier appearance across all quest screens.
