Crafting the Cannon

Craft a Cannon using the mod's crafting recipes. You also need Cannonballs as ammunition. Place the Cannon on solid ground, then load it by interacting with a Cannonball. Aim by rotating the Cannon, then fire.

Cannonboat

The Cannonboat is a Boat with a Cannon mounted on it. Craft the Cannon Boat Oak variant and place it on water. You can ride it and fire the mounted Cannon while moving. This lets you bombard targets from a river, lake, or ocean without building a fixed emplacement.

Ammunition and Effects

Cannonballs are the standard projectile. The Bomb is a separate explosive item you can also deploy. Bamboo Spikes placed in the path of a fired Cannonball or falling target deal damage on contact.

Practical Setup

• Place a Cannon facing a target area and stock Cannonballs nearby.
• Use a Cannonboat for mobile bombardment along coastlines.
• Combine with Bamboo Spikes to punish anything that lands in the kill zone.
• Keep a Cage nearby if you want to capture rather than destroy.

Reload after each shot. The Cannon does not auto-feed from a container, so keep ammunition in your hotbar.
