Customize Cloud Density by Biome
Access Biome-Specific Cloud Settings
Super Fancy Clouds Refabricated detects your current biome and adjusts cloud coverage automatically. To fine-tune how thick clouds appear in specific biomes:
1. Open your mod configuration file (usually in .minecraft/config/)
2. Locate the biome settings section
3. Each biome entry controls cloud density independently—deserts will naturally show fewer clouds, while forests and oceans show denser formations
4. Adjust the density values for individual biomes to your preference
5. Save and reload your world to see changes take effect
Monitor Changes In-Game
Travel between different biomes to observe how cloud thickness shifts. Mountains will show clouds parting around peaks, while flat plains display unobstructed cloud layers. If clouds feel too sparse or too heavy in a specific biome, return to your config and make incremental adjustments. The mod scans chunks piece by piece, so cloud behavior updates as you explore new terrain.
