How to Get Started with Bronze in Super Block World

Find and Mine Bronze Ore

Bronze Ore generates underground and is your entry point into the metal tier. Mine it with any pickaxe to drop Block of Raw Bronze, or process the ore directly. Bring the raw blocks back to a furnace.

Smelt and Craft Bronze

Smelting Bronze Ore or Block of Raw Bronze in a furnace produces Bronze Ingot. Nine Bronze Ingots combine into a Block of Bronze. From Bronze Ingot you can craft Bronze Slab and Bronze Stairs for building. If you want decorative metal blocks in other colors, the colored Bronze blocks — Black Bronze, Blue Bronze, Brown Bronze, Cyan Bronze, Gray Bronze, Green Bronze, Light Blue Bronze — exist as their own blocks, so check your crafting menu with the ingots and dyes you have on hand to see which colors are available to you.

What to Do With It

Bronze is a building and decoration material rather than a tool tier. Use Block of Bronze for storage, Bronze Slab and Bronze Stairs for detailing floors and roofs, and keep a stack of Bronze Ingot for recipes that call for it. The Hammer is a separate tool worth crafting early — it appears in the recipe list alongside the metal items and is used in processing steps for the stone family.
