How to Craft and Use a Hammer in Super Block World

Crafting the Hammer

The Hammer is the core tool for working with the mod's stone and brick families. Craft it with a shaped recipe before attempting any decorative stonework.

Once you have the Hammer, you can process raw stone materials into their cut and chiseled variants. This is the gateway to every Hardstone, Royalite, Gritzy Sandstone, Toadstone, Crystal, and Golden building set.

Working the Stone Families

Use the Hammer to convert base blocks into their refined forms:

• Hardstone into Hardstone Bricks, Chiseled Hardstone, Hardstone Pillar, Hardstone Slab, Hardstone Stairs, and Hardstone Wall
• Royalite into Chiseled Royalite Bricks, Cracked Royalite Bricks, and Block of Royalite
• Gritzy Sandstone into Cut Gritzy Sandstone, Chiseled Gritzy Sandstone, Gritzy Sandstone Pillar, Gritzy Sandstone Slab, Gritzy Sandstone Stairs, and Gritzy Sandstone Wall
• Toadstone into Chiseled Toadstone Bricks
• Crystal Bricks into Crystal Brick Slab, Crystal Brick Stairs, and Crystal Brick Wall
• Golden Bricks into Golden Brick Slab, Golden Brick Stairs, Golden Brick Wall, and Golden Tiles

Cracked Hardstone Bricks and Cracked Royalite Bricks are also obtainable through the Hammer's processing chain. Smelting recipes cover the remaining conversions, so keep a furnace nearby when refining stone.

Pair the Hammer with a crafting table to produce slabs, stairs, and walls from any brick block you have already made.
