How to Place and Open Drawers

Choosing a Drawer Block

Drawers come in two body styles: Full Drawers and Half Drawers. Each style exists in 1, 2, and 4 slot versions (for example, Oak Full Drawers 1, Oak Full Drawers 2, Oak Full Drawers 4, and the matching Oak Half Drawers variants). Wood types include Acacia, Bamboo, Birch, Cherry, Crimson, Dark Oak, Jungle, Mangrove, Oak, and Pale Oak. Full Drawers give each slot a tall front; Half Drawers are shorter and stack two-high in the same space.

Opening and Using a Drawer

Place the drawer block against a wall or floor. Right-click the front face to open its interface. Each slot holds one item type. Insert items by holding a stack and right-clicking the drawer front, or by shift-clicking from your inventory into the open interface. Left-click a slot to pull a full stack out; right-click a slot to pull out one item at a time. The front of the drawer shows the stored item and a fill bar so you can read capacity at a glance.

Trims

Trim blocks (Oak Trim, Birch Trim, Acacia Trim, and the rest) are decorative strips that match each wood type. Place them alongside drawers to frame a wall of storage without adding slots.
