How to Craft Biomesoplenty Fir Drawers in All Three Sizes

Pick the size you need

Fir storage comes in three full-drawer sizes and three half-drawer sizes. The number in the name is the drawer count: Biomesoplenty Fir Full Drawers 1, Biomesoplenty Fir Full Drawers 2, and Biomesoplenty Fir Full Drawers 4 give you one, two, or four full-height drawers in a single block. The half-height versions are Biomesoplenty Fir Half Drawers 1, Biomesoplenty Fir Half Drawers 2, and Biomesoplenty Fir Half Drawers 4. Half drawers take up less vertical space, so stack them when you want more storage faces in the same wall.

Crafting and trim

All six Fir drawer blocks are made with shaped crafting. To build them you combine Fir planks with the drawer components in the standard Storage Drawers layout, choosing the 1, 2, or 4 variant depending on how many drawers you want in the block. If you only need the decorative front, craft Biomesoplenty Fir Trim instead — trim is the cosmetic face piece and uses a shaped recipe of its own.

Practical use

Place a Biomesoplenty Fir Full Drawers 4 where you want bulk storage for four different item types in one block. Use Biomesoplenty Fir Half Drawers 2 above or below other blocks when ceiling height is tight. Mixing full and half Fir drawers in the same wall keeps the wood tone consistent while letting you fit storage into odd spaces. Keep a stack of Biomesoplenty Fir Trim on hand to finish the exposed faces of a drawer wall.
