Crafting the Dolly

Craft a Storage Cabinet Dolly. It is a crafted item made through a shaped recipe. Keep it in your inventory when you plan to rearrange your storage room.

Picking Up a Cabinet

Place the Storage Cabinet Dolly against the Storage Cabinet you want to move. The dolly picks up the cabinet together with everything stored inside it. You do not need to empty the cabinet first.

This works on any tier: Wood Storage Cabinet, Iron Storage Cabinet, Gold Storage Cabinet, Diamond Storage Cabinet, and Emerald Storage Cabinet. It also works on cabinets locked with a Cabinet Key.

Placing It Down

Use the Storage Cabinet Dolly again to place the cabinet at the new location. The cabinet keeps its stored items and its tier. Confirm by opening it after placement.

When to Use It

Use the Storage Cabinet Dolly when reorganizing a storage room, moving a cabinet closer to a Cabinet Manager, or relocating a filled cabinet to a new base. Do not break a filled cabinet with a tool if you want to keep its contents in place; use the dolly instead.

If you are upgrading rather than moving, apply the matching upgrade item directly to the cabinet in place. Reserve the dolly for relocation only.
