Set Up Your Helmet Eye Slits for Your Skin Type

Understand the Two Setup Options

STONEBORN provides two different helmet configurations to match your character skin's eye position. Some skins have eyes positioned higher on the face, while others have them lower. Choosing the correct setup ensures the helmet's eye slits align properly with where your character's eyes actually are.

Choose High-Eyes or Low-Eyes Setup

1. Look at your character skin and note whether the eyes sit higher or lower on the face

2. Select the corresponding STONEBORN setup option (high-eyes or low-eyes)

3. Apply this configuration to your resource pack

4. Equip a helmet and check in a mirror or reflective surface (water, polished blackstone) to verify alignment

Verify the Alignment

If the eye slits don't match your skin's eye position, switch to the other setup option. The correct configuration will make it appear as though you're looking through the helmet's openings naturally, rather than the slits sitting awkwardly above or below your actual eyes.
