How to Craft Granite, Diorite and Andesite Chests

Mine the Stone Types

Granite, Diorite, and Andesite generate in large blobs throughout the overworld. Mine them with any pickaxe. Each can also be crafted into its Polished form, which has its own chest.

Craft the Parts and Chests

For each stone type, follow the same two-step chain:

1. Craft a Part from the block — Granite Part, Diorite Part, or Andesite Part.

2. Combine the Part with a chest to get the matching chest — Granite Chest, Diorite Chest, or Andesite Chest.

For the polished versions:

• Polished Granite → Polished Granite Part → Polished Granite Chest
• Polished Diorite → Polished Diorite Part → Polished Diorite Chest
• Polished Andesite → Polished Andesite Part → Polished Andesite Chest

That gives six chest variants from three stone types. Cobblestone, Mossy Cobblestone, Stone Bricks, Mossy Stone Bricks, Chiseled Stone Bricks, Cracked Stone Bricks, and Smooth Stone each have their own Part and Chest using the same pattern, so you can match almost any stone build in the game.
