Operating a Soviet Tram: Starting Up and Basic Controls
Entering the Tram Cabin
Approach the tram and look for the cabin entrance. Right-click to enter the driver's cabin. You'll see the interior with various controls, switches, and a control panel.
Starting the Tram
Before movement, you need to activate the tram's systems:
1. Locate the circuit breaker on the dashboard—this is typically a large switch or lever
2. Interact with it to power on the tram's electrical systems
3. Look for the main control switch or startup toggle
4. Activate any additional switches shown on the panel (these vary by tram model)
Moving Forward
Once systems are active:
- Use your assigned throttle/acceleration key to increase power
- The tram will begin moving along the track
- Use the brake key to slow down or stop
- Look for a direction lever if you need to reverse
Exiting
Bring the tram to a complete stop, then right-click inside the cabin to exit. Always ensure the tram is stationary before leaving the controls.
